United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Baltic Blue

Telly addict, no didn't do it myself, paid a local garage whom I give work to. So total cost was £11500+ £125+ £235+£360+£780 = £13,000. Plus road tax + reg. plate transfer etc. etc.
Just need to sort the drivers heated/cooled seat now!
Austin Champ was amazing vehicle, Rolls Royce engine as said. Everything waterproofed, including the switches & gauges & a lever for reverse so it could go backwards as fast as forwards if you had the nerve:- I didn't! Austin Champ - First car I owned in 1967 ETE167F

England 2015 Range Rover SVAutobiography SDV8 Loire Blue

There are a few threads running on here about the ducting splitting on the top/backrest peltier motor sir... That seems to be the favourite issue stopping the seat heat/cooler working correctly... Thumbs Up

Thanks Landyandy, I'll look into the peltier though I'm sure I've seen a write up somewhere of someone doing the same thing without success. It required a bit of rewiring as well.
RE vibration at speed, I forgot to mention this was caused by a rear caliper sticking on & upsetting the electronics somehow. Austin Champ - First car I owned in 1967 ETE167F

Landyandy1765 could you post more details of your seat repair and part here pls:

Several of us have tried alternate peltier units without success.
So finding one that does work is a significant find. Thumbs Up

. Cheers, Greg

i have some pics and the peletor unit is the same just in a different shaped housing . very easy to sort out . the hardest thing is the removal of the seat and stripping it . mines been working fine now for 12 months. ill post the seat pics and the units for you to see .
Cheers andy

Just an update, the gearbox is still fine.

I fixed the heated / cooled seat with one of these:-
