I'm with them, I moved a couple of months ago. Prices seem ok, online interfaces are easy to upload meter readings so all good so far. I moved from first utility who were shocking in many many ways Onto my 2nd FFRR, this time an L405 5.0L SC AB in SVO Palette black.

Been with them since last Nov. Price comparison was a no brainer.

They have however recently told me I need to up my payments from the amount 'I chose' to meet my usage.

I politely informed them I am paying the amount 'they advised' and we have just has the high usage winter months. - Nice try bucko! I increased my payments by £1.

It will be interesting to see where I stand at the end of the 12 months given I gave them complete and accurate records of the previous three annual usages before signing up and nothing appears to be changing on that score so far.

Its true that their website / meter readings and general comms are good. Would recommend them so far despite the above.  405 AB exec seats Baltic and Cirrus
