LRspeak is Dynamic Response. The V8's, both petrol and diesel, had this due to extra weight, but not the V6's. The L494 RRS augments this with 'Terrain Response 2 with Dynamic Program', rather than the standard 'Terrain Response 2' in L405.

Although the heavier SDV8, with Dynamic Response, corners noticeably flatter than the lighter SDV6 without it Thumbs Up

Westover LR told me the reduction is a trade-off against them offering 1 yr warranties on Approved Used LRs up to 7 years old. 17 MY Corris Grey 4.4 VAB
