After much consideration and thought the wife talked me into buying her a RR. Bought a 2016 AB in Santorini with Ivory leather.

A few questions:

How does the timed climate work ? I want the cabin pre heated at 7am for the kids to go to school.
What is the small heater remote for and how does it work ?
The car did not come with a wireless headphone for the front dual screen, how does my passenger watch tv whilst I listen to the radio ? And how does one sync the headphone?
The car has a lazy lower tailgate that doesn’t seem to go down fully on its own ? Is there an issue with it ?

Do I need to fit an immobiliser on this car ? All of the RR’s here in London seem to have an old fashioned crook lock on.

The car has a tasty black pack and I would rather it did not go missing at night!

Hi there, having owned my 18 plate autobiography for all of 5 days I am also interested in the cabin preheating now that we are getting to chillier times. From what I understand there are two ways to do it - either by an app on your phone or by the wee key fob you get. I am going to read the manual at the weekend. What I’m not sure is whether you need a SIM card for the app to work.

The (Fuel Burning Heater) FBH can be activated on a 2016 via the app, fob or by pre-programming on the screen in the RR. It operates for a max of 30 mins. 20 mins is sufficient.

You need the headphones.

May be. They are all a bit temperamental. Try pushing the lower tailgate down. If this doesn’t reset it then it’s back to the supplying dealer.
