As we were tin tenting in Standlake, thought I would go Stan spotting in Swindon 😂 went to the designer outlet, and stopped at Mollies on the way back.

Good 1/2 day out.

No sign of Stan tho. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

As an irrelevant side comment about spotting Stan on your travels -

As I live a long way off, I have never seen Stan's car, and I have only ever seen one FFRR sticker, Wrexham must be way out in the boonies

However, to entertain my grand daughter, SOME days, whilst on our travels we wave at other LR product owners - The reactions we get back are generally as below - Note this not a scientific survey, just a wee sampling like a Top Gear public service announcement.

Old Defenders - Mostly a wave and smile
New Defender - Genarally looks of disdain,
Two door rangies - not seen any lately.
P38'S - Most wave back and smile. Don't see many.
Older L322 - Most wave back and smile. Only see a few.
Later L322 - Some wave, not as many smiles
RRS - We don't wave now, as I think the looks kind of said - Who are you looking at! and there are far too many of them.
L405 ( Especially quite new ones ) - Varies from little wave to a sneering who the was that sort of look!! obviously the disdainful ones are not FFRR members !!!!
Velar - Only seen one in last couple of months, guy lives on my estate and is a miserable git. Lets face it, if you had one, you would be the same!
Disco's - The older they are, most likely a wave, the new ones especially the sport version we do not wave at.
Evoque - Wave at an Evoque? You must be FG joking

I would love to know how many people got home and said to their partner, 'Which ugly muppet do we know with an old Fatty?' Some of the facial expressions I have seen, have been priceless

No wonder Stan tries to ignore some FFRR owners - It must be one of the prices of fame

The problem I have is if I was trying to spot Stan I'd be looking for Mr Bean.......  Bish.
