Thanks for the advise, I might test the alarm as well with getting someone to double lock the car with me inside |

open drivers window, double lock, and after about a minute stick your hand/arm through the window...that will set off the proximity alarm.. ... - .- -.

Thank you for the advise, tried it and just got hazards, do you know where the siren is on these models? looked everywhere cannot find it. |

o my 2008 it was in a box ,on the top left [as you look into the engine from the front] ... - .- -.
