What do you need to know?

It's all fairly straight forward - buy yourself some of the plugs for the new headlights, cut off the old plugs and wire the new ones in their place.

There are some pics on the internet about which wire goes where. I found that this one the best, though there all seem a bit wrong. One issue that no-one seemed to discuss was how to wire in the shutters for the Xenon main-beam. My shutters didn't work at first so the lights dazzled oncoming drivers when on dip. Wiring the shutter actuator into the power for the main-beam solved it.

I never got the headlight washers to work properly - though I think it is a requirement for an MOT - and never got around to solving it.

I bought a mini high pressure headlight washer pump, which fitted in place of the old RR pump - though I could never work out what was required to get it to squirt. Mind you, I never tried very hard and really should take the headlight out and give it another go.

If you solve it, post the answer here. Current:
