Just wondering whether it is possible given a specific vehicle VIN to then establish exactly what features were factory fitted?

What I'm trying to understand is why I've got a couple of seemingly orphaned electrical connectors behind drivers door card that don't show up on eg the powerfulUK door card removal video, possibly something to do with the mirror (power fold maybe?), so if I could know what my vehicle should have then that would be a great help.

You may be able to get the info from the supplying dealer, but that may not be possible on a 2002, old tech you know (paper stuff)  Cheers
