MY 20 TDV6 coolant low problem

Hi all

Mrs RSK’s two month old VSE TDV6 has now thrown two low coolant messages since delivery.

Any idea if this is symptomatic of a bigger problem or merely a leak somewhere ?

I cant find any obvious leak and she’s going to have LRA come out and take a look today.

United Kingdom 2014 Range Rover Vogue TDV6 Fuji White

Hi.. I picked up MY14 TDV6 a month and a bit ago, I too had similar message thrown at me, initially I disregarded the message and thought it would just go away because it was only 10/12 days in of owning the FF, I called the Land Rover road assistance and the assistance arrived within 1-2 hours, the chap did a quick diagnostic and nothing was detected so then he checked under the car bonnet and he confirmed that there is a leak in the pipe which is connected to coolant tank. Luckily the vehicle was under warranty and this part was replaced, since then no issues. Please do not drive the car if you are getting this message, I was advised this because if you do this can damage the engine, which can lead to more problems. All the best Current

Spain 2012 Range Rover Westminster TDV8 Baltic Blue

I had this warning for a while. Fitted a new coolant level sensor which didn’t change anything.

Last week I fitted a new coolant expansion bottle, problem solved.

It seems the floats in these go bad after a while and no longer float? 2012 4.4 TDV8 Westminster - Baltic Blue, Jet interior
