I know its getting warmer unlike this morning but does anyone have an idea what could be wrong with my heated steering wheel !! when i press the button the red light now only comes on for a split second then goes out and obviously the steering wheel does not heat up !! |

i can almost 100% say that it will be the actual heating element in the wheel that is faulty, i had the exact same problem and the only way to fix it was to replace the steering wheel with a new one, soon as i did that the heating function worked straight away.

I have a working wheel, removed from my 2007. Let me know if you are interested in it. |
