Cant get a photo as the FF is at home and I'm not for a few days

2003 TD6. under the bonnet looking at the EGR valve (which has been blanked off). Metal pipe that use to go into it from left hand side (as you look at it from the bumper) is split, and blowing out exhaust gases.

also, they've deteriated the hose sat directly infront of it, I think thermostat hose?

Any clues on part numbers or correct names please? And what are they like to replace?
