Water ingress query

So whiulst Kims car is in getting its water ingress fixed by JLR, the big boy has also started to gather some water inside the rear footwell, and its probably due to sap clogging up the drains....so anyone got any ideas of where they are and how to unblock them?

Had the problem in my Cayenne before and it made a sloshing nopise but Ive hardly used the car for months so its obviosuly just a build up as the cars not moving, and the heavy rain recently has created a lot of internal water.....

thoughts?

thanks in advance

Just in case it is helpful, my 322 (garaged and hence no clogged drains) got water in a rear footwell when the car was caught in a cloudburst for an hour or so. The problem was with the rear door seal. The dealer repositioned it under warranty, and there was no recurrence. Only Range Rovers since 1988

With my 322 the leak was coming from the top of the door area, but I have also had a defective seal at the bottom, it seemed to be held on with press studs which were not secure. The leak from the upper seal caused water on the seat cushion, the lower seal would be unlikely to come into the cabin? Only Range Rovers since 1988

The thing is, the seals all look good. its obviously coming from the outside so going to test it tomorrow with some ideas the garage gave me for testing.

It. actually does seem to have dried up and I'm wondering if its corrected itself from a blockage maybe all smug in my new plug!

It's possible it's not the door at all. My 2014 L405 had BOTH sunroof drains rust so badly that the hoses fell
Off. Water then ran down and filled the floor beneath the carpet, but the first thing I noticed was water coming out when I would open the rear doors. Turns out that when the floor would get full of water, it would spill over the lip when I would accelerate and collect on top of the door sill and get caught by the lower door seal. I thought it was the door seals at first. It would spill out as soon as I opened the door. Then the radio/nav failed because it was waterlogged and that led to us finding the real problem.
