Cooling Fan Wobble

Advice please

In the process of changing belts and pulleys due to the pesky canaries and morning squeal. Really didn’t realise how worn the belt was until I compared against the new one. But I have a question that I would be grateful if other TDV8 4.4 owners could confirm. The cooling fan has a noticeable wobble, the clutch is nice and tight on its spindle and has no play. When on idle the outer plastic rim has a visual wobble, with the engine off turning the rim shows about 5 mm movement from true when rotating . Is this to be expected of a plastic fitment of this diameter ? There is no vibration on idle just a visible movement / shimmer. I know it’s chilly out there but if someone could check theirs it will save a substantial unwanted cost.

Your help and feedback grateful accepted, hopefully normal or wife’s Xmas present from Lidl rather than John Lewis.

Just had a look at mine mate. I spun it by hand and there is about 3mm of deviation between the end of the blades.
