l405 lower control arm torque settings

Would anyone know the torque settings for the two lower control arms. TIA

remember doing the equivalent arms on my 322, to obtain "normal ride height" I think I had to do the bottom ball joint nut first then put a trolley jack under the hub and jack it up to road height measured in relation to the arch from the centre of the hub. its pretty much the only way to do it if you don't have a ramp as getting enough room to swing a long bar to 100Nm and 360deg under the car in normal height is tricky..... There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
