Locking Wheel Nut Key

Just informed at my local tyre place that my locking wheel nut just spins on the nut. After inspecting the inner key/ring has been over toqued and has skipped the keyway teeth.. Seems a bit fragile but glad I have found out now rather than at the side of the road! Anyone else had this happen? 2017 Range Rover Vogue V6 Diesel

Just replaced all mine with standard wheel nuts. Judging by the corrosion on some of them it was not too soon.

Thanks for the topic link. Wish I hadn't ordered a new locknut key now! 2017 Range Rover Vogue V6 Diesel

But you have still got to remove the lockers Jase even if you simply launch them in the bin! 👍
