Any one know if a puncture / flat tyre can cause a suspension error? 2011 (MY12) 4.4 TDV8 Vogue

Looks like the flat tyre caused my issue.
Loose tyre valve tightened up and suspension issue went away.

Clunk I still had was resolved by replacing front anti roll bar drop links, all quiet now Thumbs Up 2011 (MY12) 4.4 TDV8 Vogue
