how to reset satnav/infotainment

hello
does anyone know how to reset satnav/infotainment
mine stays stuck with only phone and satnav seemingly available
but selecting one of the two does not produce effet
thks 2013 L405 V8 5.0 Aspirated Autobiography
gone 2005 LR3 V8 4.4 HSE
1999 TD5 Defender

there isn't a reset as such but you could do a battery reset..how to do this is documented in the WM.. ... - .- -.

so
tried to
1- pull the fuse plug
2- disconnect the battery
3- clear all faults with my odb diag tool

same as before, see pic attached
audio is greyed out
nav take me to a wait screen forever
and phone pairing does not do anything

don't know what to do ... hope someone knows what to do

Hi Karba78
I have exactly the same issues on my 2014, L405 diesel Vogue, thought it was low voltage after seeing “low battery start engine” warning light. Changed both batteries and both “mapped” to car but no change.
I’m checking the GPS roof mounted module and the fuse soon. Will let you know the outcome.

I'd get the dealer to do a software reboot. Only Range Rovers since 1988
