Not easy to clean as it's so inaccessible. I can see a possible method with a stick and a pad soaked in brake cleaner to hold under the ribbed part as it's moving but it's not ideal and there's a ( big) risk it would slip and.... 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) | ||

Definitely a belt contamination issue as the chirp is exactly in time with a white marking on the belt and it goes quiet when the detergent was first squirted on ribbed side.
