Why aren’t these updates being sent OTA?

Ok, so thankfully I collected the car today and apparently all sorted. The dealership reckons they have had a few in for the same issue , one of communication between the ARB and suspension control unit. The CU reads a fault and throws a red light. JLR all over it and there is an update which appears to have worked. The first fixes involved the change of the ARB unit on the chassis which is on back order ! This software upgrade gets around that . Let’s hope it’s a good fix. 2006 S/C owned from new. Black, sand with black inserts. Shes a thirsty girl. ( now gone)
