Dashboard notification help

Hello everyone

I keep getting the above notification come up on my dashboard. It tends to be on first start on a morning when setting off, stays on for about 10 seconds then goes.

I cannot see anything in the handbook about it. Does anyone know what it means? Or is trying to tell me?

Any DTC’s? Do you have an iiD tool or other code reader, perhaps?
It could be a SASM (Steering angle sensor module) error. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” -where’s the fun in that?

are you in any off road modes ? the wheel direction can come on like that in certain off road modes to let you know which way they are pointing so you dont need to look out the window when rock crawling V8 or else ...
