Correct Storage of Spare wheel !

Hello Folks!

Finally managed to replace the space saver wheel on my 2012 Westminster with a full alloy. Tyre is a Michelin Alpin Winter, DOT 2016 from Germany, £55 and a wheel for £60.

I have removed the Space saver and packing spacers.

But when I put the full size spare in the well, its rubbing on the wiring loom. I have tried some foam underneath but have the same issue !

Am I m missing something ?

I will pop a photo on.

Mine is General Grabber AT3 255/55/20 and have to deflate the tyre to about 20 psi, quite a snug fit.

The L322 was not designed to run the larger L405 size tyres so it's a tight fit for a spare. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

try and get a spare wheel lifting harness strap, or whatever they are called, just makes life a little easier in getting the Censored out
