We have had our new to us L405 for a few weeks now purchased from a forum member which was a refreshing pleasant way to purchase a car.

She is a 15 plate MY16 SDV8 Autobiography with 32k on the clock, and frankly I love it!

After 5 years with our L322 without any breakdowns I was very reluctant to change, but you only live once and she's pretty much a dream car!

The only down side so far is that we cannot fit everything we had in the boot of the L322 into the L405 which is a initial pain point with my other half

The meridian reference audio is outstanding, I would also never have wanted HUD until I have used it

Nice looking car

Well after nearly 4 year's it is time to part way's, some final picture's so I can come back and reminisce from time to time.

Final wash today, ready to go up for sale.

Spent most of yesterday trying to talk myself and my other half out of selling it! It's rare you feel emotional about selling a car!

Good luck with the sale, what are you going to replace it with?

Unsure at the moment, we have a Transporter that has ended up being used mainly and also have a Octavia and Lotus Elise so potentially going to sell another as well, and then look at a hot hatch.

I think it’s priced on the cheap side, certainly nothing that’s a EURO6 comes close on AutoTrader so hopefully a quick sale and then I can start looking at what’s next - no rush either way to be honest.
