L322 wipers and attachment

Hi gents,

What's the best wipers for the l322?

Search suggests bosch 808s from a thread a few years ago but worth checking?

Also, I think one of the connectors on the arm is broken (wiper blade held on with cable tie). Is it an easy fix or a brand new arm?

I'm not sure how broken as car is in Kenya and mum doesn't know what to look for, so if clips are cheap and easy to fix might as well send them anyway. MY11 Vogue 4.4 TDV8 - "African Queen"

I converted to aero wipers over 10 years ago.

Much better….

You remove and get rid of the plastic bit from your wiper arm and fit the new ones these come with…. Or save them if you want to go back to standard… but I never wanted to.

Replacement clips are less than £5 from Ali-Express if you are prepared to wait

Although is cheaper to replace with the Aeroblades above - which I will be doing next time! 2011 L322 Autobography - a lot of bells and some of the whistles...owner with no idea!

Yep. Aero blades here too.
Remove all the brittle plastic off the ends of the arms and fit the aeros.
I use HQ ones off ebay Thumbs Up 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

Perfect thanks. I'll go with that. Any videos I can send for them to do it properly (they'll use force and break if if they don't get it)

Also, any recommendations for rear wiper? May as well get it done as well. MY11 Vogue 4.4 TDV8 - "African Queen"

I had HQ ones on my old car and hated them. After a few weeks they were useless so I reverted to Bosch 808’s and have never looked back. Thumbs Up 2002 4.6 Vogue SE - Alveston Red with Lightstone Leather

Scotland 2012 Range Rover Westminster TDV8 Fuji White

I converted to Aero's years ago, much better cleaning, quieter, no flutter at speed, no problems at all, would never go back to the standard ones, cost less than standard as well, £20 for 2 fronts and a rear, although the rear is a standard one, not aero. Fuji White 2012 4.4 TDV8 Westmiinster

Will try the HQ aeros and see if someone can get them on there.

Gone with the bosch oem fit rear given no hq equivalent.

Thanks all.

If anyone has idiot proof instructions for swapping to aeros, please do send. MY11 Vogue 4.4 TDV8 - "African Queen"

Hi, I got my last set from here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/360919244512

Basic instructions are adequate, it's not rocket science, but you need to remove the plastic elements from the wiper arm to enable these blades to fit.

I can't vouch for other Aero blades, I would imagine they're all similar.

Thanks for this. I've rechecked your link and the ones I bought (HQ) and realised I'm over-complicating it.

Simply unplug the little plastic fittings, and slide the new ones in... now to wait for someone to still break something! MY11 Vogue 4.4 TDV8 - "African Queen"
