I'm beginning to wonder if some issues are temperature dependent ... as in ambient temp.

Well, here's a thing. It's had two long runs recently, one down to Somerset, and another up to Edinburgh. And it doesn't seem to do it anymore. So that's a head-scratcher, isn't it? Fisha above says, "However, I've noticed it slipping on 2 occasions." - That is something I have noticed here and there, too. Just now and again, it will kind of miss or slip, like it can't quite catch a gear. Only a split second, and only when you do something that might seem unexpected.
