Rob definitely isn’t there any longer unfortunately.

I got an email from him telling me he was leaving last year

Duckworths haven’t been the same to deal with since he left.

Just tried to order a load of parts from our local LR dealer in Ludlow, no email for the parts department, telephone not answered and "Suzzie" on the chat was about as useful as a chocolate fireguard, God help any student trying to pass their exams using AI.
Next up an email to Duckworthparts, parts@... Sophie is on maternaty leave, next up, Christopher is on holiday until the end of August but if you would like to order parts before he gets back here are a couple more email addresses... How difficult is it to forward an email sent to parts@.. to someone who is actually in the office, get a grip of your IT system and sort it out, it really is not that difficult to setup an automatic forward withing the company.
Rant over, I wait with bated breath if there is going to be a reply.

Since Rob left Duckworth have become a bit of a pain to deal with.

I’ve spent thousands and thousands with them over the years and with Dan and Rob have never once had an issue. With this current lot it’s bloody hard work
