Replace sunroof [glass part] seal

Hi,

I am looking to renew the seal around the glass part of the sunroof. It's the rubber and a sort of suede[?] one.

Is it easier to remove the glass panel to do it? [6 torx screws], or is it possible in the tilt position?.

Also when doing it is it better to pre-heat or lubricate the rubber?.

My seal has holes in it and it needs changing to. Any idea on price?
