4.4 TDV8 questions - Turbo and Timing Chains

On the 4.4 TDV8...

Are there general issues to look out for wrt the turbo's?
Can / should you have the turbo's serviced?
Timing chains general concerns or failures to be aware of?
Should the timing chains be serviced, at which mileage?

...asking for a potential buyer of my vehicle. 2011 Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

Generally the 4.4 does not give problems with the turbos or timing chains, the best way to look after them is to change the oil at regular intervals and use a good quality oil. You should also allow the engine to tick over for circa 30 seconds before switching off to allow the turbo bearings to cool, especially after a long run or hard work.
