Ac compressor solenoid, sticky valve replaced

Hello,

Since i did not see.post where someone just replace valve on ac compressor, here is one Smile

If You have same problem as i did, you can just replace solenoid valve
Cost was cca 65 EUR

Job itself took 20 hours (i have done puleys, water pump and 2 belts)
Most consumin time is the third bolt behind compressor (LHD), that took half of the time. Space for hand is so narrow that i had to use camera multiple times just to see situation
New o rings on ac compressor, just to be sure no leaks there.

Ac is now working as it should.
It starts blowing cold.air in less than 30 seconds (before..few minutes or no cold air)
I had to do multiple..on/off expeeimwnts.on different rpm..so i could get some cold air
Car has 195 000 kilometers

O rings were made in special workshop, where they make parts for construction/hydraulic machines
I gave them old o'rings, told thaem what i need it for and they produced it in 60 min
It is high temperature resistant silicon.

Regarding solenoid,
Thermotec
KTT060020
Price was around 50 eur

There is lot of solenoids to purchase on ebay
