[SDV8] Rebuilt engine won't start

Hi,
I've just put in my own rebuilt SDV8 engine. The engine is currently cranking. You can hear that there is compression but it won't start.

The belt for additional devices is not installed yet, it is not filled with coolant and neither the exhaust nor the intercoolers are installed.

In the manual I found that bleeding the low pressure circuit is done by turning the ignition on, and the high pressure by cranking the engine for 20 seconds.

Has anyone encountered the problem mentioned? When I loosened the pipe from the first injector, fuel flowed but not strongly. Is there any other bleeding procedure?
Do I need to program replaced injectors before first start?

Not aware of any other procedure for bleeding, I did the same and it started up after probably 40 secs of cranking.

Did you replace the trigger wheel with a new item as they can become damaged when removing them, also the timing tool for the trigger wheel is specific to the 448DT and although it looks the same as the 306DT it's not.

I would think if you have replaced injectors, it should still start even if not coded, it just maybe a bit lumpy.

Have you scanned it to see if you have any codes that can point you in the general direction? L405 SV Autobiography LWB SDV8, finished in Aston Martin China Grey by ETO division.

I used an old trigger wheel but I'm sure that it's ok (I have a tool to check it) Of course. I Installed it using the proper tool. I getting two DTC issues First with something regarding the LIN bus and second turbocharger bypass valve. I'll poste the proper decription when I will go to the garage
