How to crank the 4.4tdv8 without starting

Hello

Can anyone suggest a method to crank the 4.4TDV8 but without actually starting it? I want to build oil pressure, not run the engine.

Thanks in advance

Unplug the crankshaft sensor so the ECU won't see the engine cranking over. 2002 4.6 Vogue SE - Alveston Red with Lightstone Leather
