Gap iid tool, look it up, very expensive, but will save a fortune. |

Diverter valve failing. It sits under the fuel burning heater. Covered in this thread.

Had similar in my l322. Drivers went warm first, then passenger and then rear. Regas last year and it’s ice cold now. |

A regas would be the easiest first option to check. V8 or else ... |
