United Kingdom 2019 Range Rover SVAutobiography 5.0 SC V8 Aintree Green
TYRE Pressure Monitoring System - FAULT ( TPMS )

Guys can anyone sort this one out .............

so now 2 Months on

with either the
Range Rover re-calibrated ( Factory reset with Snap On Tool
OR
Reset with Land Rover dealership diagnostic tool

I get this fault:

The car runs perectly for around 50 to 200miles ( motorways & A roads ) with NO amber TPMS warning lights coming on.........

THEN for what ever reason the amber warning light comes on - fault ?

so stop the car
Snap on Tool comes out - into the `ECU port - FACTORY RESET EVERYTHNING - takes about 5 mins

Start the car and is all perfect again for around 50 to 200 miles

Then it starts all over again !

Now I have purchased all new parts for the TPMS as below:

1) Purchased Brand New TPM Senors x4 from LR dealeship
( £600 ish )

2 Purchased Brand New Landrover TPM reciever ( £ 150 ish )

3 Calibrated all 4 wheels / TPMS with Snap on Tool - all OK

4 Purchased another Brand New Range Rover car battery 900 amps - so voltages are spot on ( £ 380 ish )

5 all x4 tyres on Range Rover are brand new ( 3,000 miles so far )

Ranger Rover has been reset and all x4 TPMS codes have been entred - all correct

Tyres are at correct pressures
Tyres are correct ie `MINT condition with 7mm tread
Tres are at the corrcet Tyre Pressures - handbook checked

Is there such a thing as a " Ghost in the Machine "

I have even had the main battery disconnected for 2 days with the Earth Lead only attached
to ensure no static or current is left in any of the ECU's

Everything else on the L405 Range Rover is 100% perfect - ie NO other waring lights

It's just this TPMS cant seem to play ball

IT WORKS WHEN Reset FOR 100 or 200 miles - then all of suddend on the motorway travelling at 70mph it comes on - saying Fault ??

IT IS WORTH NOTING - There is NO spare in the boot

would appriciate help on this one.

Might be a complete red herring but my TPMS went haywire after I fitted a dash cam. Disconnected the DC and the TPMS came back on. Now I keep the dash cam on and TPMS works sometimes. Seems I can have one or the other.
Good luck.
