fairly straight forward, i removed the EGR and cooler for my issue (long story) there is some hard to reach / not much room bolts on the back of the egr that bolt below the crossover pipe i used a short ratchet. ill try send you what i followed, steps 17 - 20 show the bolts mention above

“ I’ve noticed that the eyes have started to get a bit noisier when you shut the car down?” - are you sure it’s the EGR valve? The throttle plate goes through a few open and close cycles on shutdown to free off any soot buildup and this can be quite noisey. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

not had a chance to look into it over the weekend. But it's on the job list for the coming week. get the bonnet up and have a listen and a poke around to see what is making what noise!
