Hi all, i have a few questions.

I'll be looking to replace the oil cooler on the 4.4v8 over the coming week, and after reviewing the wiki page and others, there is mention that a coolant hose junction generally snaps off as it's a known weak point (sorry, i don't have a photo).

Could anyone advise me on the part code for the hose branch piece?

Do I need to drain the cooling system before removing the cooler?

Should a new cooler come with related gaskets?

And where can I get the turbo feed pipes o-rings?

Any help greatfully appreciated, and I'll post pics of the expected gunk when I'm done 2011 4.4 Vogue, Santorini

Don’t have part number to hand, sorry, but you will have to buy the connection and associated hoses, you can’t get connected separately. Around £100 I think when mine snapped. It’s at top of engine at front…..

The O rings are Viton BS611 - 8.73mm ID x
1.78mm. And are available from a well known auction site
