You can get them from Bosch Automotive Service Solutions, based in your country at: -

You need to setup an account and then they ship next day, used them quite a few times and have always been very good. L405 SV Autobiography LWB SDV8, finished in Aston Martin China Grey by ETO division.

I need to be a garage no ? They ask to put a LR number in. How did you do that ?

I'm not a garage, just a home user, however I registered the account under my business address which is VAT registered.

I've just checked my account and I have an account ID JLR/GB/10141226, I certainly never entered that, so can only assume they assigned it to me.

I can't remember when I registered (it was quite a few years ago) what I was asked, but would imagine I would have said independent garage.
