Check your roof trims not the sunroof ones but the car colour coded ones, these are stuck on with sticky foam pads, these can come unstuck over time, if they do the trim will rattle in that area as it has pins that drop into the roof bar sockets. |

If your sunroof drains are broken, ie the metal pipe has rusted off this could hit parts of the inner metal sunroof frame, easy to check, search on here on checking them and see if you get two wet patches inboard of both rear wheels...

undo the grab handle screws and gently pull down the rubber trim and see if theres anything loose under the headlining. ... - .- -.
