Presumably your reach and tilt motors for the steering wheel don't work? John

It's just that your description of the "half toilet roll" sounds like the plastic bit on the reach motor which is prone to failure. John

This is the part, and other than the lift/tilt not working, is it a problem not getting it fixed just yet?

Yes, and the bit of stud I have is the part going into the reach motor too. Steering position is fine, and doesnt move so I'll live with it for now. Do you know if its an easy fix, or a pain in the @ss?

If you do a search there are some threads on the subject. Not sure whether there's a work round or not. John
