bluetooth module upgrade

hi,i was going to upgrade the bluetooth module on my vogue do i need a post 2010 module or do i just need to get one with part nos 8h2210f845aa or ah4210f845aa,where are they located on a discovery or a sport ,i would appreiciate any help .
