Coolant leak - L405 4.4

Hi. I have noticed I’ve been topping up coolant a bit about 200ml every month so this time I’ve monitored it and it’s leaking a little. Today I got under the car (photos are from driver side front door looking under the car - Uk driver side). The part in question looks like the seal between these 2 metal plates. Any idea what this part is called? You’ll notice pink splash marks elsewhere in the pics but I imagine that is when car is going fast splash marks from previous drives.

I didn’t drive it today hence no fresh splash marks.

Thanks in advance guys
