Might well have been. Over easter I replaced the rubber (gum) breather pipes and got the coolant sorted, it's running alot better now.

I'd also suggest buying a 4.4 V8 that has already been "LPG'd".
I love it and the power that it has in the high rev range is pretty impressive should you ever need it for overtaking etc. |

It was like black water with what almost looked like black grit/sand at the bottom. I was thinking it was maybe rust/limescale residue but that would make sense.
