Looking for some clarification!! I own a 2010 (revised) 3.6tdv8 autobiography and the fbh works fine manually, has a transmitter fitted, though when I purchased came without the remote. I've asked previously if the T91R is compatible and the consensus was a yes so went ahead and purchased one from eBay. I've tried multiple times to pair the remote unsuccessfully ( the fuse route then disconnecting the power lead to the transmitter and also changing battery). Sent a query to the seller who informs me that this remote is only for the 405, even though other sellers advertise for L322 etc. The remote is marked Land Rover (not Range Rover) and the on switch is marked with a heating element and fan sign rather than on. Am a little confused and wonder if someone could kindly point me in the direction of where I could buy a compatible remote???? Or is it the case that perhaps the remote is faulty, didn't come with proper packaging etc.

From what I can tell, and it's a bit of a mystery, the fob you need should have 'on' and 'off' so I think you have the wrong one  Current: 2011 FFRR Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

Only ones I can find with an on and off button are specifically for the 405 !! Am really confused !!!!!

I got mine from ebay a couple of years ago. I've had a quick look and can't see any on there at the moment unfortunately. Not sure where else you might get one other than a main dealer I'm afraid. 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE

Unfortunately looks the same as I've got !! No switch marked on instead heater/ fan sign. Was told these were not compatible

Or this cheaper one. They look the same as mine but the on button has a different picture

Have changed the battery for a new one but just flashes 8 times, on or off. The transmitter in vehicle is marked T91R

Did you keep the on button pressed as you connected the power back on the T91R receiver? 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE
