Wireless fire alarm systems

Do any of you deal in or know anything about wireless alarm systems that may be suitable for an 11 bedroom hotel as we are looking to upgrade our system but I do not fancy running cables everywhere. 2010 3.6TDV8 Stornoway Grey/ Black interior - gone

It's what I do for a living.

The system I would recommend is a Texecom Premier, we use them for all of our commercial systems in hard-wired form, but they do a fantastic wireless add-on system called Ricochet.

They're simple to install, easy to use and unlike most wirefree systems, are very neat and tidy to look at, the remote keypads for instance can be surface or flush mounted in a number of different finishes, we fitted a matt black flush mount keypad with blue backlight in an ultra-modern renovation of a house and it looked fantastic next to the matt black light switches etc. 2006 Mercedes CLS

Oops, sorry I've just re-read the title & realised you're after fire alarms, I'll have a dig about an let you know what I find as we're looking for an alternative to hardwired fire alarms too so will be speaking with a few reps and getting some price lists.

Obviously disregard the previous post! 2006 Mercedes CLS

Thanks for the 2 replies. We are in no hurry so I will wait and see what you find out, I have found some on the net but do not know if they are any good or not. 2010 3.6TDV8 Stornoway Grey/ Black interior - gone

Can you not get advice about systems from the local Fire Service, they're usually quite helpful about such matters.

Strathclyde Fire & Rescue will give you as much help possible but we are not " product aware " as it were as we can't be seen to endorse any product but your local fire safety officer will certainly come and see you but this sound like one for the professional installers . 2008 MY Supercharged
