United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Vogue SE Supercharged Java Black
New car for the wife...

Hi Chaps,

I've just put a deposit down on a new BMW116d ED for the wife, and I can't decide whether to pay an extra £500 for metallic black over flat black. What do you guys think?

BTW the 116d ED has a combined fuel economy of 75mpg, add in the 17mpg I get out of my FFSC, and we average over 40mpg each - does that count as carbon offsetting Laughing

Cheers,

Justin

Don't forget the higher partial emissions of diesel over petrol so the FFSC actually balances that out a bit as well Smile MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

do you have the specific black for the metalic colour ? if its carbon black thats a no no, i really prefer the flat black which i think they call jet black, looks stunning, espeically when polished up etc

I'd stick with Flat and use the cash to fill the RRSC up enough to get you round town Very Happy FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
