my 08 TDV8 had a flat battery yesterday following a 2hr drive and then leaving a chiller box connected to the boot mounted socket for a couple of hours.

I thought this socket was designed for this without draining the battery. a faulty alternator 6 months ago probably didn't help and due the age I reckon it's down to be replaced.

could you please point me in the right direct for a new top notch battery -not the std RR one as I believe they're not that. great
