Some gaps there Hilly Billy but keep at it and im sure you'll have it nailed(no pun intended!)

Cheers, yes there are gaps at the lower corners but I'm sure I'll be able to get it to fit. I think it will be a case of removing the MY12 grill centre and fitting to the standard grill.

Has anyone had any experience with joining plastic and could recommend any products? TDV8 3.6 OVERFINCH 57

Problem is that if you but the mesh bit in a 2006-9 grill surround it will no longer look like a 2010. However the 2010 surround is never going to fit properly because the light cut-outs are in a different place due to size of lights and the depth of the new bumper cut-out.
