The school of thought if you look on the net, appears to be to use compressed air up the tube in reverse.

Not sure on the L322, but I'd imagine you'd have to take the inner wheel arch liner out....

Bicycle brake cables are usually good for this. You can often get a 5m piece from your local bike shop for around £1. If the end frays a little they are even more effective, but get harder to work with. |
