Ill try tracing the pipes but they go in to the body/subframe where the reservoir is located.

Perhaps the car had an accident? Therefore they have changed the position of the valveblock??? If you have compressor problems, test him for the pressure of 13,7 bar.... only with the correct pressure the complete suspension can work as bloodbrothers.

This are different blocks on the two photos..., the last photo from Bob the B is the original block under the right door, which is directly connected with the reservoir, (the reservoir is right!! on the photo), the photo from Joe90 is the original block for the front struts, but at Bob the B first photo we see the cable hanging around, very mystery because of the ECU ??? The suspension pipe for the left strut seems to be connected with a little plasticpart, but how can the complete suspension run without electronic function?

@Meerbush You are correct they are different blocks. It is as Joe 90 says the pic I have is the valve block assembly. The one I am missing is the cross link valve.

I'm guessing it all works height wise, but that the car body won't "self level" when an axle is articulated, so a bit like being on coils. That, as I understand is what the cross links are for, and these only come into play in off road height. .

Just had a quick measure of the four corners and the rears were 78/79cm from bottom of rim to under wheel arch and the fronts were 81/82cm from bottom of rim to under wheel arch, so almost level in off road mode.

Can the cross link valve block be viewed without taking the arch liner out? Can anything be peeled back to see if it's there? I fancy having a look to see if it have one. [img]http://www.fuelly.com/driver/rob2529/range-rover[img/]

But how is the function ok when the cable of the front block is disconnected, normalywise must be a yellow LED in the dashboard to see..., a little mistake, not a heavy one. L405 SDV8 2017 + Lancia Flavia Coupe 1964 + RRS L494 3.0 SDV6 + C220CDI Convertible 2021 |
