Did the outter metal just melt or the whole but sheared?!? FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

So what caused them to shear? over tightening or under tightening?

Whole bolt x 3 - LR Assist were really good and I'm sorted - need to buy 3 nuts tomorrow though. I can't recommend them enough! Overtightened by some monkey with an airgun! Land Rover Addict

I have 2 spare nuts as well that could have just about got you by and an older style one as well I think

I wish they made solid metal ones to negate this issue te other main probelm. First time I've heard of them shearing like that so must have been mega tight!!! FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
