there is a drl main beam setting with different percentage power options , so in theory i suppose the GAP chaps could work something out...its not really been explored as there hasnt been a need for it.. ... - .- -.

That's all NavCoder has - you can change the %age of power for the DRLs - not the actual night time headlamps.

the easiest way would be to use the 10volt feed to trigger a relay with the full 12 volt power coming directly from the battery [what u said ] ... - .- -.

These 6 Ohm, 50 Watt resistors will work on any vehicle and can be connected across the turn signal bulbs/headlight wires to simulate the load of a regular filament bulb (2 Amp load). This will solve LED related turn signal problems such as hyper flashing, no flashing or burnt out bulb indications. One resistor is required for each turn signal bulb or headlight plug.

Note: Resistor Loaders might be very hot, so don't mount on plastic.

Also designed to be installed with HID kits that flicker and cause dash light out warnings.

I think an error message will be appeared by the car computer.

You will be wasting a lot of power messing about with resistors. Get Navcoder or IID tool - anything - and then just turn off the warnings after wiring in the new stuff properly with a relay.
