Hi All

I am new here and about to buy a 2006 Vogue SE S/C. due to collect it next week but have noticed that the supercharged badge and range rover lettering on the back are not where I would expect to see them. Been trawling the net to try and work it out, but no luck. Any ideas out there?

Also check as to why they are wrong...as innocent as a scratch repair? Or slightly worse a bodged up rusty boot lid... Or worse still, a rear ended accident damaged repair

Worth checking if your alarm bells are going off...

many thanks, tried to upload a photo of how it is now but didn't work!! Will try again... nope I choose the photo and click upload and nothing happens. Supercharged badge is on upper tail gate and range rover lettering at bottom of lower tail gate

thanks for the welcome, I have spotted that there are supercharged badges above the side grill as well! Would post photos but cannot work it out how to upload the, sure it is simple but have to say not as obvious as I expected

not a nuisance at all, we're all here to help..

you need the spec of the range whether its a td6/tdv8/v8/sc, vogue/hse etc and then have a look at our members cars in the 'my range rover' section..this will give you an idea where all the bits go.

for the badges you could also use our search function as you're not the first to get/have a range with wrongly placed badges.. ... - .- -.

i know a little but if it's a main dealer selling this car, shouldn't the car have all OEM fittings (unless it's outside the Approved Used programme)? MY11 Vogue 4.4 TDV8 - "African Queen"

If it's main dealer surely an 06 would be over their normal age limit? Unless of course it's exceptional. Certainly with non standard parts (exhaust) as they cannot warranty it with a LR warranty??

Can't believe a LR dealer is flogging that.
